中国传统书画是以传统文化为素材所创作的书法、绘画作品,其除了具有书画的艺术特色以外,还蕴含了丰富的传统文化内涵,是传统文化现代化发展的重要形式。在企业的现代化发展过程中,管理文化建设是一项必要性的内容,不仅影响到企业自身的文化内涵,而且在凝聚企业发展力、创新力等方面都发挥着至关重要的价值。从表面上看,传统书画与现代企业管理文化之间并没有太大的关联性,但如果以传统文化为中介来对二者之间的关系进行梳理就会发现,中国传统书画中所包含的传统文化是现代企业管理文化建设中赖以需要的文化资源,也是强化现代企业管理文化建设的重要方式。尤其是在当前中国十分注重世界一流企业培育的背景下,如何通过传统书画来赋予企业管理文化以新的内涵和发展路径,是实践过程中高度关注的内容。

As an important carrier of Chinese traditional culture, the rich cultural connotation of Chinese traditional calligraphy and painting is the key resource in the process of modern enterprise management culture construction. For the development of enterprise management culture, how to enrich the path and achievement of cultural development with the help of the art form of traditional calligraphy and painting, and how to strengthen the soft power of enterprise development are the key issues to be paid attention to and solved. Based on the deep analysis of the relationship between traditional calligraphy and painting and modern enterprise management culture, this paper clarifies the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture and the functions of traditional painting and calligraphy in the development of modern enterprise management culture. And the art of Chinese calligraphy and painting in the enterprise In order to deepen the development of traditional calligraphy and painting art and modern enterprise management culture, the innovative application of industry management culture is put forward.
