본 연구는 의복 구성 교육에 있어서 여성 정장 재킷에서 가장 민감한 부분인 소매패턴의 다양한 설계방법을 연구하여, 체형, 소재, 디자인과 같은 변화 요인에 따른 패턴 설계방법을 제안하고자 한다. 2004년부터 2019년까지의 연구논문과 참고자료를 바탕으로 대표되는 4가지 소매패턴을 선정하여 상의 패턴, 소매 산, 소매 기장, 소매부리를 동일 조건으로 진행하고, 다른 구성요인은 교재에서 제시한 방향대로 각각 진행하여 비교를 위한 패턴설계 및 실험복을 만든 후 착의 평가를 실행하였다. 연구결과, 위 팔 둘레가 다른 체형에서는 소매 진동 오그림 분량에 따라 위 팔 둘레 여유 분량이 확보되는 것으로 나타났다. 전 방향 각도는 활동성에 영향을 주어, 소재의 신축성에 따라 전 방향 각도에 차이를 주는 것이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 상의 몸판 진동과 소매 진동의 어깨 연결점의 위치는 활동성과 외관에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 체형, 소재, 디자인 등에 따른 소매 패턴설계의 차별화된 접근 방식을 제시하였다. 추후 각각의 체형별, 소재별, 디자인별 비교 연구가 진행되어 교육 및 산업현장에 바로 투입될 수 있는 소매패턴 연구가 진행되기를 희망한다.

The purpose of this study is to study various design methods of sleeve pattern, which is the most sensitive part of women’s suit jacket, in order to propose a pattern design method according to the change factors such as body shape, material and design. Based on the research papers and reference materials from 2004 to 2019, four retail patterns are selected and the pattern, sleeve, sleeve length, and sleeve beak are processed under the same conditions. In each direction, the pattern design and the lab coat were made for comparison, and the evaluation of wearing was performed. As a result, it was found that in the body shape with different upper arm circumferences, the margin of upper arm circumference is secured according to the sleeve oscillation error figure. The omnidirectional angle affects the activity, so it is effective to vary the omnidirectional angle according to the elasticity of the material. The position of shoulder joints of the upper body plate vibration and sleeve vibration was found to affect the activity and appearance. This study presents a differentiated approach to retail pattern design according to body type, material, and design. It is hoped that a comparative study by body type, material, and design will be conducted in the future, and a retail pattern study that can be directly put into education and industrial sites will be conducted.
