The essential element to a basic learning capacity is the ability to fully understand text, in other words the ability to read and understand the Korean language. Reading fluency is the key to developing effective reading to facilitate learning. The concept of fluency is expanding colloquy text, going over sentence unit ones. Such a phenomenon is an indicator that training in reading fluency can lead to a strong reading capacity. In order to improve reading fluency, it is necessary to have accurate and speedy word recognition, automatic understanding of the text, and the ability to predict reading data, and so on. Korean language classes must present meaning-focused vowels and consonants, must analyze balanced vowels and consonants, and must teach practical daily words with a focus on pronunciation and meaning. The key of colloquial reading fluency is repetitive training. Not just simple repetition but meaningful repetition is a crucial factor to improving fluency. To improve , it is necessary to create situations in which there is repetitive reading with different purposes in meaningful contexts and situations.
