본 연구에서는 진로체험학습요인이 학습동기와 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고 일반학교와 대안학교의 차이점을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해 일반학교 학생 100명과 대안학교 학생 100명 등 총 200명의 응답 내용을 분석용으로 사용하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 첫째, 진로체험학습요인은 진로성숙도를 구성하는 5개 요인에 대해서 모두 정의 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 진로체험학습요인 중에서 체험 수준과 유용성 평가가 내재적 동기와 외재적 동기에 모두 정의 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 체험학습요인이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향은 일반학교 보다 대안학교가 더 크고 학습동기에 미치는 영향은 내재적 동기에 대해서만 일반학교와 대안학교의 차이가 존재하였다. 이러한 결과는 진로체험학습요인이 학생들의 진로성숙도와 진로 결정을 위한 긍정적인 태도 형성에 많은 도움을 주고 있다는 사실을 말해준다. 또한 대안학교의 경우 일반학교 보다 진로체험학습이 진로성숙도와 학습동기에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대안학교의 경우 일반학교 보다 진로체험학습은 학생들의 진로 선택에 더 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 일반학교의 진로성숙도 증진을 위해서는 진로체험학습을 유형별로 분류하여 개인별 특성에 따라 적용 내용을 확대하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

This study analyzed the effects of career experiential learning factors on learning motivation and career maturity, and compared the differences between general schools and alternative schools. For doing this, respectively 100 students from general schools and alternative schools responded to the questionnaire. Results from analysis showed that first, career experiential learning factors had a positive effect on all five factors composing career maturity. Second, experience level and the evaluation of usefulness in career experiential learning factors positively affected both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Third, the influence of experiential learning factors on career maturity in alternative schools was greater than in general schools. Also, the effect of intrinsic motivation on learning motivation in alternative schools was bigger, compared to general schools. It implies that career experiential learning factors are highly helpful for the students to have positive attitude toward career maturity and career decision. In addition, the effect of career experiential learning on career maturity and learning motivation was greater in alternative schools than in general schools. Therefore, it implies that when choosing a career, career experiential learning is much more important in alternative schools, compared to general schools. It suggests that in order to promote career maturity in general schools, career experience should be categorized by types and application to career experience should be expanded depending on individual trait.
