Purpose: Building a proactive quality management system that can find supplier risks and prepare countermeasures through analysis of accumulated quality data. Methods: Find problems through various analysis(defective analysis, pareto analysis, matrix analysis, time series analysis, cause & effect analysis, Vital Few X's selection) and establish improvement solutions. Results: Through the data analysis of both suppliers and facilities, we found three major types of defects that occur every year. It is caused by a lack of historical data analysis and feedback. To improve this, we have developed a system that can continuously and objectively analyze supplier data. It can be used to proactively manage suppliers. Conclusion: Clearly, there are limits data management and analysis by human. Using the developed quality analysis system, we will continue to find suppliers' quality risks in advance and prepare countermeasures.
