Blind spots in healthcare services are being created in non-metropolitan areas, causing the issue of patient flocking due to a distorted healthcare delivery system. With healthcare accreditation as one of the methods to resolve this issue, this study investigates the necessary areas for future physical therapists and provides basic materials for presenting an alternative such as education by identifying the influence of healthcare accreditation on the management of physical therapy rooms and physical therapy services. This study utilized a questionnaire consisting of a total of 55 questions to 351 physical therapists (175 males, and 176 females) on a 4-point Likert scale. Thirty-six questions were about the management of physical therapy rooms and 15 questions were about physical therapy services. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS ver. 21 PASW Statistics for Windows and the statistical significance level of α = 0.05 was used. General characteristics of the study subjects were analyzed using descriptive statistics. A multiple response analysis was performed to present the percentage and frequency of each question. The Chi-Square test, Fisher’s exact test, and Goodness of fit test were used for analysis to identify intergroup survey differences. This study was conducted on physical therapists from accredited and non-accredited institutes. Healthcare accredited medical institutes were shown to have a significant influence on the items about the management of physical therapy rooms (p<.05). Additionally, the perception of the comprehensive service by physical therapists was shown to have significant intergroup differences (p<.05). For physical therapists, education opportunities were limited in management and services due to treatment-related education and conferences mainly. A structure that removes this bias in education for physical the-rapists will help to keep up with such changes as the future opening of practice. Therefore, education sessions should be prepared to fit reality and applied to both the schools and clinical physical therapists.
