본 연구는 병원 간호관리자 대상으로 임상간호인성의 우선순위 및 중요도를 분석하였다. 인천시, 대전시 간호관리자 37명을 대상으로 2019년 4월 2일부터 7월 31일까지 자료수집하였다. SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균 및 표준편차, 우선순위 및 중요도에 관해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 임상간호인성 측정도구 책임의 ‘나는 나의 양심에 비추어 정직하게 업무를 수행한다’, 열정의 ‘나는 내가 수행하는 업무를 개선할 수 있는 방법을 찾는다’ 등이 가장 높게 나타났다. 도구 우선순위는 ‘자기 자신에 대한 영역’ 중 책임, ‘대인관계와 관련된 영역’의 진실함, ‘자기 자신에 대한 영역’ 중 열정 등의 순이었다. 향후 임상간호인성의 세부 개념분석 및 간호대학생 대상 인성교육 교육프로그램 개발 연구를 제언한다.

This study analyzed the order of priority and importance of clinical nurses’ character from the nursing management staff in hospitals. Data were collected from 37 nursing management staff members from the Nurses Associations and Hospital Associations of Incheon and Daejeon, from April 2nd to July 31st, 2019. Means, standard deviations, priority and the importance were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The result of study from the clinical nurses’ character assessment, items with the highest scores by each area were follows: the item “rely on my conscience and perform my duties sincerely” was the highest with from responsibility, the item “I look for ways to improve my job” was the highest with from passion. The priority on the tools was in order of responsibility from “the area related to self”, sincerity from “the area related to interpersonal relationships”, and passion from “the area related to self.” The concept of nurses’ character was also found to be vague, and some items required consolidation or elimination. The results suggest future studies should analyze the detailed concepts of clinical nurses’ character and develop educational programs on characters for nursing students.
