The purpose of this study was to conceptualize the talented people for disability sports. 10 people from each of the 3 expert groups of instructor group, researcher group and player group(30 subject) were selected by quota sampling method. Concept map analysis devised by Novak and Gowin (1984) was conducted for examination of the knowledge concept about the conceptualization of the talented people for disability sports. In addition, one-way ANOVA was carried out with SPSS 22.0 statistics program for the investigation of the difference in the characteristics of the concept map of each group. The results obtained from this process were as follows. First, as a result of the analysis of the superordinate concept and subordinate concept of each group for conceptualization of the talented people for disability sports, the superordinate concept was conceptualized with the 5 concepts of the general characteristics of physical intelligence, competition intelligence and tenacity of task performance and the special characteristics of distinctiveness of disabled people and environmental factors, and the number of subordinate concepts included was 21 in physical intelligence, 27 in competition intelligence, 22 in tenacity of task performance, 16 in distinctiveness of disabled people and 14 in environmental factors. Second, as a result of the analysis of the characteristics of the superordinate concepts (i.e., hierarchy, the number of subordinate concepts of each superordinate concept, score of characteristics and density) conducted for examination of the degree of expansion and knowledge concreteness of the knowledge concept of each group for conceptualization of the concept of the talented people for disability sports, the knowledge concept of physical intelligence was the highest in hierarchy, the number of subordinate concepts of each superordinate concept and score of characteristics in all the 3 groups, and the range of density in the 3 groups was not different. Third, as a result of the comparative analysis of the difference in the characteristics of the concept map of each group there was no statistically meaningful difference in all of the hierarchy, the number of subordinate concepts of each superordinate concept, score of characteristics and density.
