학교체육진흥법 개정의 정책적 함의: 초등스포츠강사의 제도 인식을 중심으로

To explore School Physical Education Promotion Act revision plans for elementary sports instructor system support, observations were made of elementary sports instructor system improvements and School Physical Education Promotion Act revision directions and revisions. Conclusions and proposals of literary studies, in-depth interviews, and surveys conducted for this purpose were as follows. For the improvement of the elementary sports instructor system, employment stability and wage increases, transfer of control to the Ministry of Education, recruitment of the Office of Education, statute revisions, physical education curriculum dedication level wages and educational civil service allowances, a name change to elementary (school) physical education caregiver, the possession of a teaching license, and the granting of class authorization when experienced sports instructors own a secondary teaching certificate are needed. For elementary sports instructor system support, School Physical Education Promotion Act Article 2 Clause 7 and Enforcement Ordinance Article 4 Clause 1 and Clause 2 revision and establishment are needed.
