연구목적 : 공유경제의 성공은 공유자와 사용자 모두가 안전할 때 성공할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근 공유경제 현상과 범죄현상에 대한 상호작용성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 전통적 범죄현상과 구분되는 공유경제와 관련 범죄현상을 분석함으로써 공유경제와 관련한 범죄를 예방하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 공유경제현상에 따른 범죄현상을 분석하기 위해 보고된 공식자료와 보도된 정보(정책 브리핑 자료 및 뉴스 기사) 그리고 전문저널 등의 문헌을 중심으로 범죄현상을 분석하는 문헌문석방법을 사용하였다. 더불어 분석된 범죄현상에 대한 이론적인 배경을 근거로 제시함으로써 분석의 근거를 제시하였다. 결론 : 공유경제현상의 안정화는 공유자, 사용자, 플랫폼 제공자와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 제공자와 공유자 그리고 사용자의 취약성은 공유경제를 이용한 범죄를 용이하게 하는 수단으로 이용되었다. 또한 공유경제를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 플랫폼은 세팅 범죄현상과 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 따라서 공유경제 플랫폼의 제도적 개선을 통해 공유범죄에 대한 안전성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose : In terms of the success of sharing economy, it can be successful when the sharer and user all are safe. Nevertheless, recently, the interactivity for the phenomenon of sharing economy and crime phenomenon are being increased. Accordingly, there is the purpose of research in preventing the crime in relation to the sharing economy by analyzing the crime phenomenon which is associated with the sharing economy which is distinguished from the traditional crime phenomenon. Method : The literature analysis method analyzing the crime phenomenon focused on the reported official data, the reported information(policy briefing material and news article) and the professional journal, etc. has been used to analyze the crime phenomenon in accordance with the phenomenon of sharing economy. Together, the basis of analysis has been presented by presenting the theoretical background for the analyzed phenomenon of crime as the basis. Conclusion : The stabilization for the phenomenon of sharing economy is linked closely with the sharer, user and provider of platform. The vulnerability of provider, sharer and user has been used as the means facilitating the crime using the sharing economy. In addition, the platform enabling to provide the sharing economy has been linked closely with the setting crime phenomenon. Accordingly, the safety for the sharing economy may be raised through the systematic improvement of platform of sharing economy.
