The purpose of this study was to sugest an alternative plan for relief symptoms and prevention in premenstrual syndrome. The delivery rate, abortion rate and exercise frequency on premenstrual syndrome in middle-aged women. To attain the goal of this study, the subjects were set as a collceted group: 312 participants of sports activities at sports centers and 353 non-participants by cluster random sampling method.
The questionnaire for premenstrual syndrome used the questionnaire of Abram(1983) and general questions were added.
For the data analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc were used. The results of the study are follow:
First, as the numbers of delivery rate increased, the premenstrual syndrome are decreased but there are not significantly different.
Second, as the numbers of abortion increased, the premenstrual syndrome are also increased. There are significantly different.
Third, as the frequency of exercise increased, the premenstrual syndrome are decreased and there are significantly different.
