The purpose of this study was to measure the level of job satisfaction felt among TaeKwonDo instructors. The factors of job satisfaction that were investigated in this study are human relations, job task, job environment, compensation system, professional development, and self-actualization. The results of the study are as follows :
1. The higher was the status of the TaeKwonDo instructor, the higher was the overall job satisfaction level. Among the six factors of job satisfaction, satisfaction with the job task(p<0.01), self-actualization(p<0.01), human relations(p<0.05), and job environment(p<0.05) were the factors that contributed to the high level of job satisfaction.
2. The higher the education background of the TaeKwonDo instructor, the higher was the overall job satisfaction level. Among the six factors of job satisfaction, compensation(p<0.05) was the factor that contributed to the high level of job satisfaction.
3. The higher the age of the TaeKwonDo instructor, the higher was the overall job satisfaction level. Among the six factors of job satisfaction, job task(p<0.01), human relations(p<0.05), compensation(p<0.05), and self-actualization(p<0.05) were the factors that contributed to the high level of job satisfaction.
