The subject for this study was selected two kinds of people : training of the DAN-JUN respiration, untraining of the DAN-JUN respiration.
The purpose of this study was to investigate of change of between two kinds of people.
Then, the results show following details :
1. There was significant difference between before-training group and after-training group, after-training group and untraining group of blood pressure at balance. The after-training group was lower rate of increment than other groups, but meaningless.
2. There was significant difference between after-training group and other groups of heart-rate at balance and after harvard step. The after-training groups was faster recovery than other groups at passed 30 min. after harvard step.
3. There was insignificant difference from three groups of grasping power. The MT group was higher increment than other groups at balance, after harvard step, passed 30 min, after harvard step.
4. There was insignificant difference from three groups of the capacity of the lungs. The after-training group was higher increment than other groups at balance, after harvard step, passed 30 min. after harvard step.
5. There was insignificant difference from three groups of epinephrine at balance, harvard step and passed 30 min. after harvard step.
6. There was significant difference between after-training group and other group of norepinephrine at after harvard step. There was insignificant difference from three groups but after-training group was lower increment than other groups at passed 30 min, after harvard step.
7. There was insignificant difference from three groups but after-training group was lower increment than other groups of cortisol at balnace and harvard step.
There was significant difference between after-training group and before-training at passed 30 min. after harvard step.
The following conclusion was made based on the finding of the study.
We can find that it was important factors that heart-rate was reduced and grip strength was increased et al. So I think that the training of DAN-JUN respiration has enough value to be practically applied to increase of health and increase of ability of sport.
