A 46-year old woman had multiple movable pea-sized nodules on neck, right axillary area. Under suspect of benign cystic lesion, she went through skin biopsy and diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL). Imaging studies showed splenomegaly and hypermetabolic lesions in adrenal gland which suggest she had secondary cutaneous involvement of DLBCL. DLBCL presenting as multiple subcutaneous nodules with overlying normal epidermis is rare. Our patient came to our department with only skin manifestation, and diagnosed of DLBCL. This case raises our awareness that malignant lymphoma can mimic benign cysts such as steatocystoma multiplex or epidermoid cysts, so it is important to go through histopathologic examination. Herein, we report a rare case of DLBCL with multiple subcutaneous nodules, a second case in Korean dermatology literature.
