This study tried to test how and why capability, fairness, honesty, corruption, and transparency affects the public trust to central and local governments, public servants, and political parties in China. From the empirical test, this study also tried to introduce policy implications. Survey materials were collected from 850 residents of 8 cities and counties in Jilin Province. 637 out of total 850 surveys were tested in this study. The test results verified that factors in the previous literature have significant influence on the public trust to central and local governments, public servants, and political parties in China.
