This study was to explore the relationship on the types of athletes and social relationship network, career exploration behavior. To the end, social relationship network and act for career exploration were studied depending on demographical characteristics to find out whether there was any difference. Secondly, social relationship network and act for career exploration were studied depending on types of athletes to find out whether there is any difference. Thirdly, the relationship between social relationship network and act for career exploration was studied. The subject of this study were 550 by active male and female athletes including professional and amateur of baseball and Soccer as of 2004. The conclusion of this study were as follows; Firstly, social relationship network and act for career exploration show partial difference depending on demographical characteristics. Secondly, social relationship network and act for career exploration show partial difference depending on types of athletes. Thirdly, social relationship network of athletes is found to have a partial effect on act for career exploration.
