It is a study about efficiency of Seoul Olympic Sport Promotion Fund and managing plan for integrated fund. The purpose of this study was to comprehend efficiency of Seoul Olympic Sport Promotion Fund and to debate to find the desirable managing plan of integrated fund. In the paper, we suggested three managing plans for the integrated fund. First, because there is shortage in the number of professionals working for the ministry of culture and tourism, the ministry requires to look for professionals who are willing to manage the fund well. Secondly, the ministry of culture and tourism should entrust some jobs to institutions to fill up the professionalism that are necessary to the ministry. However, the ministry of culture and tourism should not establish an independent institution because some extra manpower will be required and the fund can be wasted. Lastly, the ministry of culture and tourism should also entrust jobs to public corporation of nation physical education. Despite institution's own problem of changes in the organization, this managing plan is very suitable. According to above plans, most suitable plan can be obtained by entrusting its jobs to public corporation of nation physical education or to independence management organizations of public corporation of nation physical education. The public corporation has to focus on fund support business more than their own benefits in developing the culture of funding and the efficiency in fund management.
