이 논문은 국제결혼 이민여성의 콤플렉스 및 차별인식에 대한 태도를 조사하는데 목적이 있으며, 구체적인 연구 질문은 다음과 같다. 1) 이민여성은 피부색과 언어차이에 따른 콤플렉스를 갖는가? 2) 이민여성은 한국의 문화적 이질감과 사회적 차별을 인식하는가? 3) 다문화가정 내 부부간의 차별의식과 갈등은 어떤 양상으로 나타나는가? 경기북부지역에 위치한 다문화가정센터의 이민여성 125명을 대상으로 설문지 및 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 칼 융의 무의식적 심리와 다문화수용성 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 이민여성의 피부색과 언어차이에 대한 콤플렉스는 개인차이가 심하고 열등감으로 표출되기도 하였다. 둘째, 한국문화에 대한 이질감은 이민여성의 한국거주 햇수에 따라 다소 해소되는 경우가 있었으며, 이것은 사회화 과정과 비슷한 성향을 보였다. 셋째, 한국의 가부장적인 관습은 부부간의 세대차이로 인하여 더욱 가중되는 현상을 보였다. 이 연구는 칼 융의 분석심리학을 통해, 이민여성의 내면의 목소리를 파악했다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the attitudes toward the complex and social discrimination awareness of international marriage immigrant women, and the specific research questions are as follows. 1) Do immigrant women have complexes of their skin colors and language differences? 2) Do immigrant women perceive social discrimination with a cultural diversity in Korea? 3) What aspects of discrimination and conflict do couples in multicultural families appear? A questionnaire, telephone interview and in-depth interview were conducted for 125 immigrant women at the Multicultural Family Center in Northern Gyeonggi Province. Through Carl Jung’s unconscious psychoanalysis and multicultural acceptance analysis, the following findings were obtained. First, complexes of skin color and language differences among immigrant women were often found to be very popular due to the personal differences and their inferiority. Second, the disparities of Korean culture were often somewhat resolved depending on the number of years of immigrant women living in Korea, which was similar to the socialization and culture shock process. Third, the aspect of patriarchal families in Korea has been aggravated by the generation gap between couples. This study is meaningful in that it identified the inner voice of immigrant women through Carl Jung’s analytical psychology.
