이 연구의 목적은 장애인의 재난안전 인식 수준과 영향 요인을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국장애인연맹의 2018년 장애인 재난안전 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 2차 자료 분석을 수행하였으며, 총 95명을 대상으로 SPSS 24.0의 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 장애인의 재난안전 인식 수준은 보통으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인의 재난안전 인식 수준에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 요인은 재난안전 교육 경험 정도이며, 이는 장애인의 재난안전 인식 수준에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 장애인의 인식과 참여를 중요시 하는 장애포괄적 재난안전을 실현하기 위한 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 마지막으로 향후 장애인의 재난안전 인식과 대처 수준 강화를 위한 다양한 교육 및 홍보 프로그램 제공, 장애인 재난안전 지원 기기 지원 및 점검, 장애인 재난안전 응급안전 체계 구축, 장애인을 당사자로 한 조사연구 등의 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the disaster awareness among people with disabilities. Research data were obtained from 2018 survey on disaster among people with disabilities by Disabled People International Korea and conducted a secondary data analysis. A total of 95 individuals residing in Korea participated in the survey and SPSS 24.0 software was used for frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that (1) people with disabilities had a moderate level of disaster awareness, (2) a level of disaster training was a significant and positive predictor of their disaster awareness. These findings can be used as useful evidences for achieving disability inclusive disaster management which emphasizes the awareness and participation of people with disabilities. Suggestions for social welfare practices to promote various training and information programs, disaster alert device and system, investigation studies for people with disabilities were discussed.
