보육실습은 교사가 되기 위해 필수적으로 거쳐야 하는 과정이며 이 과정에서 예비유아교사들은 영유아를 지도하는 실습지도교사의 말과 행동을 자연스럽게 경험하게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 보육실습기간 동안 예비유아교사가 경험하는 영유아권리존중에 대한 인식을 탐색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 J시에 위치한 B대학 유아교육과 3학년으로 보육실습을 마친 예비유아교사 9명을 연구대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 완전히 존중받고 있는 영유아권리와 둘째, 부분적으로 존중받고 있는 영유아권리로 나타났다. 즉, 예비유아교사는 영유아가 하루일과 중 실습지도교사로부터 등원시간과 정리시간은 완전히 존중받고 있지만 대소집단활동시간, 자유선택활동시간, 점심시간, 낮잠시간 등은 부분적으로 존중받고 있는 것으로 인식하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 보육현장의 영유아권리존중을 위한 구체적인 방안에 대한 논의가 필요함을 제언하였다.

Child care practice is an essential part of becoming a teacher, and prospective early childhood teachers naturally experience the words and behaviors of the practice tutors who guide young children. The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions of infants' rights respect during early childhood practice. For this purpose, a focus group interview was conducted with nine pre-school teacher teachers who had completed their childcare training in the third year of the Department of Early Childhood Education, College B, located in J City. As a result, first, infants 'rights are fully respected, and secondly, infants’ rights are partially respected. In other words, preschool teachers recognized that infants are fully respected for the time of attendance and cleanup time by the day-to-day training tutors, but the small group activities, free choice activities, lunch time, and nap time are partially respected. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that a concrete plan for respecting the infants’ rights should be discussed.
