본 연구의 목적은 체육수업에서 지각된 학습 환경과 결과기대 및 문제해결행동의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권에 소재하고 있는 4곳의 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 369부를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 우선 전체모형의 적합도 검증을 확인한 후 가설검정을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 체육수업환경에서 유능지각은 결과기대를 정적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났고, 노력/도전지각, 그리고 위협지각은 결과기대와 관계성이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 체육 학습 환경의 노력/도전지각과 유능지각은 도움요청에 정적인 영향, 자기핸디캡행동에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 위협지각은 자기핸디캡행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 체육수업에서 학생들이 지각한 결과기대는 도움요청에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 노력/도전지각과 유능지각은 도움요청과의 관계와 관련하여 결과기대가 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

The aim of this study was to inquire into the structural relationship between learning environment perceived in the PE class, outcome expectancy, and task-solving behavior. In order to achiever such a research purpose, this study selected a total of 369 copies as final valid samples using convenience sampling targeting the students of 4 junior high schools located in metropolitan areas. As for data processing, this study conducted hypothesis testing after confirming the goodness of fit test of the whole model using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0, and the results were as follows: First, competence perception in the PE class was found to predict outcome expectancy positively while effort/challenge perception, and threat perception were identified to have no relationships with outcome expectancy. Second, the results showed that effort/challenge perception and competence perception in PE learning environment had a positive influence on request for help, but had a negative influence on self-handicapping behavior. In addition, threat perception was confirmed to have a positive influence on self-handicapping behavior. Third, The outcome expectancy perceived by students in the PE class was found to have a positive influence on request for help. Lastly, outcome expectancy in the relationships between effort/challenge perception and competency perception was confirmed to play a mediation role.
