본 연구는 지역사회의 여가활성화 요인을 탐색하고 중요도를 산출하여, 정부와 광역정부에 기초적인 자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전문가 인터뷰 및 선행연구분석을 통한 질적연구와 실증적 연구를 위한 인천, 대전, 광주, 부산 4개 권역별 100부씩 400부를 배포한 후 수거하여 SPSS 18.0을 이용한 기술통계분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 토대로 양적연구를 수행한 결과 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 질적연구 결과 전문가 면접을 통해 15개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 개방형설문과 전문가의견, 기존선행연구 결과를 통해 시설, 프로그램, 조직 및 전문인력, 홍보, 정책, 기타의 6개 요인으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 질적연구를 토대로 하여 추출된 6개의 요인을 통해 400부의 설문을 분석한 결과 6개 요인이 요인분석을 통해 시설 요인 4개, 여가정책과 기타요인이 각각 2개의 요인으로 분류되었으며, 홍보요인은 문항 전체가 타당도와 신뢰도가 결여되어 삭제되어 총 10개의 요인으로 추출되었다. 셋째, 각 문항별 중요도는 대부분의 문항에서 5점 이상의 평균값을 나타냈다.
This study aims to examine what made recreational activities of citizens activated and to evaluate their importance and thereby to present basic data for governments at all levels via analysis of characteristics of activated recreational activities by area. To attain the objectives of the study, for a qualitative and empirical analysis to develop measuring tools, a total of 400 copies of the questionnaire, 100 copies for each of the four areas - Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Busan- were distributed and collected for a quantitative analysis such as technical statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using a SPSS 18.0 program, with the following results: First, the qualitative analysis generated 15 factors via interviews of experts, and six factors of facilities, programs, organization and experts, promotion, policies, and other were extracted via open-end questions, comments of experts, and findings from existing literature. Second, based on the six factors extracted from the qualitative analysis, the 400 copies of the questionnaire were analyzed and, through factor analysis, the six factors were classified into four factors for facilities, two factors for recreational policies and other, respectively. In addition, questions on the promotion factor were all deleted, as they were lack in validity and reliability, resulting in 10 factors extracted in total. Third, Importance of the questions was five points or over on average, in most cases.
