이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 폭력행위의 구조를 파악하고 그것이 어떻게 구조화 되어가는지에 대해서 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A광역시 B고등학교 축구부원들 중 본 연구의 목적과 취지를 이해하고 연구에 적극적으로 도움을 줄 총 12명의 연구참여자를 유목적 표집에 의해 선정하였다. 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠 폭력행위의 구조는 규칙과 자원으로 구분되며, 먼저규칙으로 팀원으로서의 당연한 행위라는 믿음, 승리를 위한 공식, 상명하복의 위계질서가 도출되었다. 그리고 자원은 승리를 통한 보상, 부상에 대한 두려움 극복, 잘못된 칭찬으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 폭력행위의 구조화 과정에서는 구조의 이중성이 나타나며, 구조·양식·사회체계에서 규칙과 자원이 끊임없이 상호작용하며 변화하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to grasp the structure of sports violence and to understand how the sports violence to be structured. All Participants were recruited from B high school soccer club in A city. Total 12 students were finally participated in this study. To achieve the above goals, both in-depth interview and participatory observation were employed and all data were analyzed by text analysis. The result were as follows: First, sports violence was divided into regulations and resources. As a regulation, authoritative and hierarchical structure, formula for winning, and belief that the authoritative and hierarchical structure, and as a resources, rewards through winnings, overcoming fears about injury, and wrong compliment were emerged. Second, There was a structural duplicity emerged in a structured process and the regulation and resource are changing and interacting with each other in the structure, pattern, and social system.
