본 연구는 교양댄스수업에 참여하는 대학생들의 참여지속의사를 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위해, 교수의 감성지능과 비언어적커뮤니케이션, 지도자신뢰 그리고 참여지속의사의 구조적 인과관계를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 6개 대학에서 2013년 4월 22일부터 약 20일간 300부의 설문이 이루어졌으며, 283부를 최종자료로 사용하였다. 자료분석방법은 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 기술통계분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 그리고 Aroian-test를 실시하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 감성지능은 참여지속의사에 영향을 주지 않았다. 둘째, 비언어적커뮤니케이션은 참여지속의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 감성지능은 지도자신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 비언어적커뮤니케이션은 지도자신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 지도자신뢰는 참여지속의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 감성지능과 참여지속의사와의 관계에서 지도자신뢰는 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 비언어적커뮤니케이션과 참여지속의사와의 관계에서 지도자신뢰는 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

This research figures out the structural causal relationship among the emotional intelligence, nonverbal communication, truth, and intention of participation continuity to propose the plan to secure the intention of participation continuity of college students who take a liberal arts dance class. To do this, questionnaires were collected from 6 colleges and 283 copies were used as final data. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for the data analysis method, the descriptive statistical analysis, the exploratory factor analysis, the reliability analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis, the correlation analysis, the structural equation mode, and Aroian-test were conducted. Hereby the following result were derived. First, it shows that the emotional intelligence does not affect the intention of participation continuity. Second, it shows that nonverbal communication has the positive effect on the intention of participation continuity. Third, it shows that the emotional intelligence has the positive effect on the truth. Forth, it shows that the nonverbal communication has the positive effect on the truth. Fifth, it shows that the truth has the positive effect on the intention of participation continuity. Sixth, it shows that the truth has the mediator effect on the relationship between the emotional intelligence and the intention of participation continuity. Seventh, it shows that the truth has the mediator effect on the relationship between nonverbal communication and the intention of participation continuity.
