이 연구의 목적은 무용 영역에서 3×2 성취목표 질문지 (3×2 AGQ-D)의 구성개념과 교차 타당도를 검증하는데 있다. 전체 636명의 무용전공 대학생(남자 50명, 여자 586명)이 참여하였다. 이들의 나이는 19세에서 25세까지이며 평균 나이는 20.5±.84세이었다. 확인적 요인분석의 결과 3×2 측정모델이 10개의 대안모델에 비해 훨씬 더 적합하였으며, 각하위목표 요인도 양호한 신뢰도를 나타냈다. 3×2 측정모델은 무용경력이 높은 학생들에게 매우 적합한 반면, 무용경력이 낮은 학생들에게는 다소 적합하지 않았다. 이 결과는 측정모델이 무용경력 수준에 따라 상이하다는 것을 시사한다. 추가적으로 3×2 성취목표 중 과제접근, 과제회피, 자기접근 및 타자접근 목표가 내적 동기와 정적 관계가 있었다. 또한 접근에 기반한 세 개의 목표들은 긍정적 정서와 정적으로, 회피에 기반한 세 개의 목표들은 부정적 정서와 정적 관련이 있었다. 이들 결과는 향후 무용 영역에서 3×2 성취목표 모델에 대한 연구를 가능하게 해주며, 다양한무용 상황에서 성취동기의 속성을 통찰하는데 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of present study was to investigate the construct and cross-validity of the 3×2 achievement goal questionnaire for dance (3×2 AGQ-D). A total of 636 university dance students (50 males, 586 females), ranging from 19 to 25 years of age (M=20.50, SD=.84) took part in the study. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed a better fit to the 3×2 measurement model than to 10 alternative models, and indicated that each goal variable had good internal consistency. For students with high dance career, the measurement model fit very well, but the students’data with low dance career does not. There was invariance of the measurement model across the level of dance career. Additionally, task-approach, task-avoidance, self-approach, and others-approach goals among the 3×2 achievement goals were positively linked to intrinsic motivation. Also approach-based goals were positively associated with positive emotions, whereas avoidance-based goals were positively related with negative emotions. These results allow extensive study of the 3×2 achievement goal model in the dance domain, and promise to yield deeper insights into the nature of achievement motivation in various dance contexts.
