본 연구는 정규직 기혼 여성의 여가라이프스타일에 따른 여가 행태를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 자료 수집은 온라인 전문조사기관에 의뢰해서 진행되었으며, 정규직 기혼 여성 236명을 대상으로 인터넷 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 군집분석, 교차분석을 이용하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 정규직 기혼 여성의 여가라이프스타일은 4개의 군집으로 유형화되었다. 군집1은 ‘일중심적 가족여가형’으로 일과 여가를 모두 소중히 생각하는 특성을 보였다. 군집2는 ‘적극적 여가형’으로 명명하였으며, 군집3은 ‘여가무동기형’으로 여가 참여가 거의 이루어지지 않는 것이 특징이다. 군집4는 ‘합리적 가족여가형’으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 군집별로 연령에 따른 특성차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 군집별로 여가유형, 여가만족에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims at analysing leisure pattern based on the leisure life styles of married women with regular job. Data have been collected by a on-line research agency with the researchers’ commission in order to achieve this purpose and the survey has been conducted with 236 respondents who are regular working married women. Data analysis has been carried out while utilizing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis and cross analysis, and statistical significance level was α=.05. The results of this study are as follows. First, the leisure life style of regular working married women has been categorized to four groups. Cluster 1 is entitled ‘work-centered family leisure type’ which showed a strong attachment to both work and leisure. Cluster 2 and 3 are entitled ‘active leisure type’ and ‘demotivation leisure type’ respectively, both of which had characteristics of being very little leisure participation. Cluster 4 is entitled ‘rational family leisure type’. Second it found that there are differences cluster by cluster based on their age. Third, it also suggested that there are differences in leisure type and leisure satisfaction cluster by cluster.
