이 연구는 유도지도자의 교육신념과 역할만족 및 행복의 관계, 그리고 교육신념과 행복의 관계에서 역할만족의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 2016년 대한유도회에 등록된 유도지도자들을 모집단으로 설정하고 총 193명을 편의표집하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 구체적인 분석결과는 첫째, 유도지도자의 교육신념은 역할만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유도지도자의 교육신념은 행복에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유도지도자의 역할만족은 행복에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 유도지도자의 교육신념과 행복의 관계에서 역할만족은 매개(완전)역할을 하는것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of role satisfaction in relationship between educational beliefs and happiness of Judo coaches. Using a convenience sampling method, 193 coaches in Judo from registered in Korea Judo Association. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the educational beliefs had static influence to the role satisfaction. Second, it showed that the educational beliefs didn`t gave static influence to the happiness. Third, it showed that the role satisfaction affect to the happiness. Finally, the role satisfaction showed mediated effect partially between educational beliefs and happiness.
