본 연구의 목적은 발차기 궤적의 형태와 그에 따른 운동학적 변인들을 분석함으로써 개정된 경기규칙에 대비해 효과적인 훈련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전국규모 대회 입상경력의 숙련된 겨루기선수와 대학 시범단원 각각 6명씩 선발하여 3차원 동작분석 장비를 이용해 4가지 기본발차기 동작에 대한 소요시간, 타격 합성속도, 타격 합성속도의 성분별 비율, 발끝의 궤적, 회전반경등의 운동학적 변인들을 비교분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째. 소요시간에서는 모든 발차기 유형에서 A(겨루기선수)집단이 유의한 차이로 짧게 나타났다. 둘째, 합성속도에서는 돌려차기, 뒤차기에서 A집단이 유의한 차이로 빠르게 나타났다. 셋째. 합성속도 성분별 비율에서는 B(시범단원)집단의 경우 돌려차기, 뒤차기, 뒤후려차기의 속도벡터가 목표물과 이루는 각도가 수직에 더 가까운 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 발차기 궤적에서는 돌려차기, 내려차기, 뒤후려차기에서 A집단이 보다 간결하고 직선에 가까운 궤적을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 위 내용을 종합해 볼 때, A집단의 경우 경기 득점에 중점을 둔 형태의 발차기를 구사하였고, B집단의 경우는 정확한 타격에 중점을 둔 형태의 발차기를 구사하였다.
The study aims to analyze the kicking trace and kinematic variables that have been changed to rapid kicking focus for getting score in the rule in order to provide basic resources to effective training over respond revised rules. For this purpose, 6 skilled competition players who had a winning career at nationwide and 6 demonstration members were selected and they were examined under 3D motion analysis device for a comparative analysis of kinematic variables including lead time, kicking combination velocity, component rate of kicking combination velocity, kicking trace and rotation radius. The results are as follows. First, as to lead time, competition players were significantly shorter than demonstration members in all types of kicks. Second, as to kicking combination velocity, competition players were significantly faster in roundhouse kick and back kick. Third, as to component rate of kicking combination velocity, the demonstration members was closer to vertical over target in the velocity vector of roundhouse kick, back kick and spin whip kick. Fourth, as to kicking trace, the competition players had simpler and more straight trace in roundhouse kick, downward kick, spin whip kick. All in all, the competition players had focused on rapid and simple movement to reduce lead time rather than on delivery impulse. On the other hand, the demonstration members had large rotation radius of foot closer vertical to target focusing on accurate kicking.
