단백질 보충제섭취를 병행한 저항운동에 따른 남고생의 면역관련인자의 변화

이 연구는 일반 남고생 두 집단에 12주간 단백질보충제를 병행한 저항운동(n=9)과 저항운동(n=9)만을 실시하여 두 집단간의 사전, 6주후, 12주후의 면역관련인자(백혈구아형, B세포, NK세포, IgA, IgD, IgG, IgM)의 변화를 관찰하였다. 기간동안 60분의 운동 후 2g/kg/day의 단백질보충제를 투여하였으며 주4회, 70% RM으로 10회 실시, 3세트와 세트간의 2~4분 휴식을 취하였으며 6주후 RM을 재측정하였다. 자료처리 방법은 SPSS WIN 12.0을 이용하여 집단의 동질성 검증을 위해 t test를 실시하였고, 집단간과 운동기간에 따른 변인들의 차이 비교는 이원변량분석을 실시하였으며 유의수준은 p=.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과 림프구와 호중구, B세포, NK세포는 시기별로 유의한 차이가 있었고, 호산성구, IgA, IgM은 집단별에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며 두 집단 모두 시기별로 증가하였다.

In this study, a 12 weeks of resistance training was applied on two groups. The 1st group with ingestion of protein supplemet (n=9) and the 2nd group without a protein supplement (n=9). The variation of Immune factors (WBC differentiation, B cell, NK cell, IgA, IgD, IgG, IgM) was measured and analyzed between groups and before, after 6week, after 12week training. The protein supplement (2g/kg/day) was ingested after training. 60 minutes of training (70% RM strength, 10rep. 3sets 2~4min, 4 per a week) was applied during the test period. RM re-examination was performed after 6 weeks. The variation was measured on 6th week and 12th week. The measured data was analyzed by SPSS WIN 12.0 Version. T-test was applied to verify equality between groups. A two way ANOVA test was applied for the analysis between the change of Immune factors of groups and period of fixed model with repeated measurement data. For each analysis, signigicant level was set to p=.05. Based on thesemeasurement result, neutrophil, lymphocyte, B cell, NK cell showed a partially statistical significance on period. And Eosinphil, IgA, IgM show a partially statistical significance on groups.
