본 연구의 목적은 초임 골프지도자들이 직업사회화 과정에서 산출하는 다양한 경험요소를 규명하여 예비 골프지도자 및 관리운영자에게 교육서비스 전략수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 초임 골프지도자 5명을 대상으로 심층면담과 문화 기술적 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫 번째, 신체적 경험은 신체적 만족감, 자기계발, 전달능력 부족으로, 두 번째, 정서적 경험은 즐거움, 열정, 불안감으로, 세 번째, 사회적 경험은 교육프로그램 부족, 인간관계 등의 요인으로 각각 제시되었다. 아울러 이 같은 경험은 긍부정적인 경험이 동시에 이뤄지고 있었다. 즉 긍정적 경험은 자기계발, 즐거움, 열정, 사회적 체험을 통해 인간적 공감대를 형성했을 때, 부정적 경험은 교육 시 전달력 부족에 따른 고충과 운동수행속도가 늦은 고객에 대해 지도 후 느끼는 공허함, 그리고 지도에 대한 자신감 상실, 지도프로그램 부재 등을 통해 각각 이뤄지고 있었다. 따라서 골프교육서비스 관련자들은 이 같은 특징을 토대로 전략을 수립하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to examine various factors that can influence a career of golf instructors, to recognize psychological or mental difficulties and to understand and to provide a main cause of experiences. First, body experience - body sense of satisfaction, self development, insufficiency communication. Second, emotional experience - enjoyment, passion, sense of unease. Third, social experience - shortage of education programs, respond. experience in the affirmative. Self development is proficient of affirmative enjoyment, passion, sense of unease for social experiences. Negative experiences are insufficiency communications after classes and caused by shortage of education programs. Novice golf instructors caused by professionals about simplification for self development and physical - satisfaction, enjoyment, passion, social response. In order to understand what novice golf instructors deal with, we must first take on in- depth approach based on understanding of their life styles and social phenomena. Therefore, phenomenological research method was used. And the results have been categorized the following. The first is physical experience. The second is sentimental experience and the third, social experience.
