본 연구는 학교체육 현장에서 내적동기와 운동정서 관계를 검증하여 학생중심 체육수업 환경 조성과 효과적인 학습방법을 계획하기 위하여 329명의 중고등학생을 대상으로 하였다. 체육수업 내적동기 질문지(IMIPE)를 사용하여 내적동기를 측정하였고, 한국형 운동정서 척도(KEES)를 사용하여 운동정서를 측정하였으며, SPSS 12.0 for windows 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 독립-T검정, 적률상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 내적동기는 남학생과 고등학생이 높게 나타났고 여학생과 중학생이 긴장-압력을 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 운동정서는 남학생과 고등학생이 체육수업에 긍정적 정서를 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된유능감, 흥미-즐거움, 노력-중요성이 높을수록 운동정서에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 긴장-압력이 높을수록 운동정서에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내적동기가 운동정서에 미치는 영향은 지각된유능감과 흥미-즐거움이 높고 긴장-압력이 낮을수록 재미, 긍지, 활력, 정화, 성취가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This research was to study the relation of intrinsic motivation and exercise emotion in physical education in order to provide some basic references for the design of student-centered physical education classes and the plan of effective teaching strategies. The researcher took 329 student (middle school=167, high school=162) and used Intrinsic Motivation Inventory in Physical Education (IMIPE) test to measure intrinsic motivation and used Korean Exercise Emotion Scale (KEES) test to measure exercise emotion. The data analysis used a SPSS 12.0 for windows statistical analysis Independent-Samples T Test, Pearson's r and Multiful Regression Analysis. Through this method of study result are as follows. First, male students has high intrinsic motivation resulted from the difference of sex and high school student has high resulted from difference of school level, On the other side outcome female, middle school students has high resulted Pressure Tension factor. Second, male students has positive exercise emotion resulted from the difference of sex and high school student has positive resulted from difference of school level. Third, Perceived competence, Interest enjoyment and the effort importance factor exercise emotion showed a positive correlation, On the other side outcome pressure tension factor showed a negative correlation. fourth, as for the effects of intrinsic motivation on the exercise emotion, fun, pride, catharsis, vigor and achievement are influenced by perceived competence, interest enjoyment factor are high and pressure tension factor are low.
