본 연구는 골프장에서 근무하는 캐디들의 직무스트레스 요인이 직무만족과 직무이직에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 경기도와 강원도 지역의 골프장에 근무하고 있는 238명의 캐디들을 대상으로 설문지 조사방법을 이용하였다. 설문지 자료 분석 방법은 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였으며 그 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 캐디들의 직무스트레스 요인과 직무만족, 직무이직 요인 간에는 부적인 상관관계가 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 캐디들의 직무스트레스가 높으면 직무만족은 낮아진다. 셋째, 캐디들의 직무스트레스 요인 중 직무환경, 보상부적절, 직무특성, 직업불안정 등이 높으면 직장만족은 낮아지며, 직무환경과 보상부적절이 높으면 동료만족은 낮아진다. 넷째, 캐디들의 직무스트레스가 높으면 직무이직은 높아진다. 다섯째, 캐디들의 직무스트레스 요인 중 직무환경이 높아지면 이직의사, 이직시도가 높아지고 이직잔류는 낮아진다. 그리고 보상부적절이 높아지면 이직의사도 높아진다.

This research studies the influences of work stress and job satisfaction on changes of occupation. Two hundred and thirty eight caddies working at golf resorts in Kyung-gi and Kangwon Provinces participated in research. Correlation Analysis, Simple Regression Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were used to analyze the data and the following results were obtained. Firstly, There was a inverse correlation(-) between caddies' work stress, job satisfaction and change of occupation. Secondly, If a caddie's work stress becomes high, her/his job satisfaction declines. Thirdly, If job factors such as environment, improper reward, job duties, and unstableness are stressed or unsatisfactory, then job satisfaction deteriorates. Fourthly, If caddies' work stress is high, the chance of changing job increases. Lastly, If job circumstances of caddies' work stress factor becomes high, intention of change job and attempt of change job become high. If improper reward increases then intention of change job rises.
