본 연구는 조직간 연계를 설명하는 자원의존이론을 체육조직에 적용하여 조직간 연계방안을 모색하고 나아가 조직간 연계방안을 모색할 때 제기될 수 있는 문제점을 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구에서 우리나라의 체육조직간 연계방안은 정부, 민간영리조직, 민간비영리조직간의 삼각관계를 중심으로 기술하였다. 결과적으로 정부와 민간영리조직간 연계방안으로는 첫째, 민간위탁 방식을 고려할 수 있으며 둘째, 공기업화하는 방안이 있으며 셋째, 민자를 유치하는 방안이 있다. 정부와 민간비영리 체육조직간 연계방안으로는 첫째, 단체간의 업무를 조정하는 것이며 둘째, 합병전략을 활용하는 것이며 셋째, 산하단체를 법입화하여 자생력을 제고하는 것이다. 민간비영리 체육조직과 민간영리 조직간의 연계방안으로는 첫째, 호선전략을 구사하는 것이며 둘째, 합작투자 전략을 구사하는 것이며 셋째, 능력있는 직원을 충원하는 것이다. 한편 체육조직간 연계방안을 모색할 때 나타날 수 있는 문제점으로는 첫째, 상위자원 마련을 위하여 과도한 경쟁이 야기된다는 것이며 둘째, 조직이 부분적으로 자율권을 상실한다는 것이며 셋째, 자원할당과 분배가 불균형적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 것이며 넷째, 목적의 대치가 일어날 수 있다는 것이다. 결론적으로 체육조직은 조직간 연계를 맺음으로써 조직 상호간 이득을 얻을 수 있고 조직이 생존하는데에도 크게 도움이 된다고 한 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the interorganizational linkages of sports organization, applying Korea sports organization to resource dependence theory which explain interorganizational linkages and further address to issues accrue when examine the interorganirational linkages. In this study, the interorganizational linkages of Korea sports organization prescribed triangle relationship of government, private sector organizations, nonprofit sport organizations. Results of this study were as follow: In the interorganizational linkages of government and private sector organizations, First, contracting out to private sector Second, changing into public enterprise Third, attracting private capital. In the interorganizational linkages of government and nonprofit sport organizations, First, coordinating work of interorganizations Second, taking merger strategy Third, guarantee self-existence as incorporate into nonprofit sport organizations. In the interorganizational linkages of nonprofit sport organizations and private sector organizations, First, using co-optation Second, taking joint venture strategy Third, recruiting competent personnel. And Issues will be showed when examine the interorganizational linkages in Sports were as follow: First, generating excessive competition for gain scarce resource Second, partly organization’s autonomy loss Third, making unbalance in resource allocation and distribution Fourth, generating goal displacement. In conclusion, Sports organization earns interorganizational interest as enter into a interorganizational linkages and a great help to survival of organization.
