본 연구에서는 유도선수의 도덕성 판단수준의 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 보다 구체적으로는 유도선수와 비유도선수의 도덕성 판단수준 차이를 알아보고 연령 및 교육수준에 따른 유도선수의 도덕성 단계별 판단수준의 차이를 비교·분석하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 1996년 현재 서울, 경인, 호남, 영남지역의 4년제 대학에 재학중인 유도선수 및 현직 유도선수와 비유도선수를 모집단으로 설정하였으며 조사대상의 표본은 체계적집단무작위표본추출방법(systematic cluster random sampling)을 이용, 유도선수 412명과 비유도선수 378명 총 790명을 추출하였다. 응답 내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료는 분석대상에서 제외시키고 분석 가능한 자료를 컴퓨터에 개별 입력시킨 후 SPSS PC+의 기존 프로그램을 활용하여 자료분석의 목적에 따라 전산처리 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 통계기법은 빈도분석(frequencies), t-검증(t-Test), 일원변량분석(analysis of oneway ANOVA) 등이다. 이러한 연구절차 및 방법을 통하여 본 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유도선수와 비유도선수의 도덕성 판단 수준은 차이가 있다. 즉 유도선수가 비유도선수에 비하여 도덕성 판단 수준이 높다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 유도선수의 도덕성 단계별 판단 수준은 차이가 있다. 즉 유도선수 집단내에서 연령이 많을수록 도덕성 단계별 판단 수준이 높다. 셋째, 교육수준에 따른 유도선수의 도덕성 단계별 판단 수준은 차이가 있다. 즉 유도선수 집단내에서 교육수준이 높을수록 도덕성 단계별 판단 수준이 높다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the difference of moral sense between judo athletes and non-judo athletes. Specifically, this study was to investigate the difference in moral sense according to age and educational level of judo athletes. Subject of this study were sampled 412 judo athletes and 378 non-judo athletes who was in universities and professional judo players in Seoul, Kyoungi, Honam, Youngnam. Statistic employed in this study were analysis of one-way ANOVA, t-Test. Based on the procedure and results, the followings conclusions were warranted : First, judo athletes and non-judo athletes are different from the level of moral sense. Namely, judo athletes is more high than non-judo athletes in the level of moral sense. Second, judo athletes according to age are different from the level of moral sense. Namely, the more age of judo athletes, the more the level of moral sense. Third, judo athletes according to education are different from the level of moral sense. Namely, the more the education of judo athletes, the more the level of moral sense.
