As to the symptoms of mind and body of longtime sailors, nervousness made the highted score and followed by irregular life, live scale, aggressiveness, mental irritability, impulsiveness, multiplus subject symptom, depression, digestive, eye and skin, respiratory, and mouse and anus. 2. Before and after boarding, they showed significant difference in the score of respiratory, compared with those of live scale, mental irritability and irregular life. 3. As to their departments, they showed similar scores, but the department of engine showed relatively higher scores in eight items. 4. The more frequency of sports participarion they took, the less score of symptoms they showed. This proves that exercise makes good effect on health. 5. Before boarding, frequency of sports participation resolved in significant difference only as to multiple subjective symptom. 6. When boarding, the sores of all physical symptoms and those of mental irritability, depression, nervousness and irregular life of mental symptoms deponded on whether they took part in exercise. This suggests that exercise plays crucial part in health state of longtime sailors.
