본 연구는 지역축제에 참여하는 지역주민의 긍정적인 관심과 참여도를 높이기 위해 축제 매력성, 몰입경험, 전반적 만족 간의 영향관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 각 선행연구를 기초로 변수들 간 영향관계에 대하여 3가지 연구가설을 설정하였다. 설문조사방법을 적용하여 ‘2016년 안동국제탈춤페스티벌’에 참여하는 지역주민을 대상으로 2016년 9월 30일부터 10월 9일까지 280명의 데이터를 수집하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석으로 연구가설의 검증을 진행하였다. 주요 변수는 축제 매력성, 몰입경험, 전반적 만족으로 구성되었다. 분석결과, 축제 매력성 요인 중 내용성을 제외한 재미성, 신기성, 독특성 요인이 몰입과 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에서도 독특성 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 몰입경험이 전반적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 지역축제에 참가하는 지역주민의 유인요소로서 축제 매력성이 몰입경험과 만족에 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 확인하였다. 연구의 시사점으로는 축제의 매력성 확보 차원에서 매년 차별화된 독특한 프로그램, 내용, 장소 구성 등의 대책이 요구되었으며, 관람객 몰입 차원에서 기존에 경험하지 못했던 신기하고 재미있는 요소를 확대·제공하는 지역주민 맞춤형 방안의 필요성이 제시되었다.

This study aimed at analyzing the relations among festival attractiveness, flow experience and overall satisfaction for resident who participated in local festival. Previous study has identified that important flow and satisfaction in local festival can differ according to the type of festival attractiveness. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify if there are any festival attractiveness for local resident , which are different from motivational factors that people have when they go to local festival, and (2) to explore what makes local resident flow experience in Andong Maskdance Festival. The literature review support and accordingly research hypotheses were established for related variables based on the previous studies. Survey data were collected from the residents in Andong. A total of 280 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by several statistical methods including exploratory factor analysis, multiple regression. The result of this study identifies attractiveness factors that partially influence local resident both flow experience and satisfaction in local festival. In addition, flow experiences were also influence to overall satisfaction identified. In conclusion, this study confirmed that local festival attractiveness has significant influence through flow and overall satisfaction.
