Purpose - This study was launched to ensure that discussions about suspended event definitions had new opportunities. Design, data, and methodology -A somewhat exploratory literature study method was used for this purpose. Lee's discussion was the subject of literature research. The theoretical gap that emerges from a critical review of this is cited by another literature or suggested an alternative discussion. Result - This discussion contained 'phenomenal meaning' that describes justice. It was taking form free from history, time and space. In addition, the place of the event, the time, the provisions of the object, in terms of unconformity and affirmativeness, it also showed that it could not accept the changed social environment. Conclusions - The new discussion needs to be redefined about the structural meaning of the event, the multi - layered definition system that can contain the history, the space and object of the event, and the time, the alternative concept of unconformity and affirmation will be needed.
