한 개인이 진로를 선택할 때 적성, 흥미, 선호, 능력발휘, 가족, 친구, 사회경제적 지위, 정신 및 신체건강, 가족관계 등 많은 사항이 고려되어야 할 것이다. 직업가치를 반영한 기존의 직업가치관 카드는 일반적이고 피상적인 측면이 있어 청소년의 개인적 특성에 편차를 둔 구체적이고 다양한 가치를 포함하고 있지 못하다는 한계가 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 에니어그램과 진로에 관한 기질별 직업가치, 선호, 흥미에 대하여 문헌연구를 하였다. 이를 통해 에니어그램의 활용을 통한 직업가치관 카드를 개발함으로써, 보다 효과적인 청소년 진로지도나 진로상담을 진행하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 직업가치관 카드개발의 1차 개발절차는 선행연구, 문헌조사를 통하여 에니어그램의 성격유형별 선호, 흥미, 가치를 수집하였다. 2차 개발절차는 수집된 자료에 대한 다각적인 탐색을 통해 성격유형별로 선호하는 선호, 흥미, 직업가치로 분류하였다. 3차 3인의 전문가 평정을 통하여 직업가치관 카드를 개발하였다. 이를 활용하여 청소년들에게 진로상담 시 활용할 수 있는 프로그램을 예시하였다.

When a person choose a career, many respects should be considered - such as aptitudes, interests, preferences, display of ability, family, friends, socioeconomic status, mental and physical health, family relationships, etc. The existing cards that reflect the occupational value has its limits because they show general and superficial aspects, such that they are not including a variety and specific deviation values that is based on the individual characteristics. Therefore, this study was done as literature study, which is about temperamental-occupational value, preferences and interests on the Enneagram and career. The purpose of this study is to develop occupational value cards using enneagram, and then to proceed more effective youth career guidance or career counseling through this. The primary development process of occupational value cards was done by collecting each enneagram personality types’ preference, interests, values through the previous studies and literature survey. The Secondary development process was done by classifying each enneagram personality types’ preference, interests, occupational values through a multifaceted search of the collected data. Lastly, through a three experts rating, the occupational value cards were developed. Based on the result, the program was suggested for youth career counseling.
