본 연구에서는 사회복지시설 종사자를 대상으로 사회복지시설평가의 수용성 수준 및 영향요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 충청 지역의 사회복지시설 종사자 218명을 조사대상자로 하였으며, 이 과정에서 종사자의 지위에 따라 관리자 집단과 실무자 집단으로 나누어 구성하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 1차 양적연구에 이어 2차로 질적연구를 수행하는 통합적 연구방법을 적용하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모든 집단에서 시설평가 수용성은 보통수준보다 다소 낮은 것으로 나타나 시설평가 수용성 수준이 양호하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관리자 집단은 제도의 타당성 그리고 실무자 집단은 평가자의 전문성이 시설평가 수용성에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 시설평가 수용성에 대한 맥락적 정보를 탐색하여 2개의 주제가 도출되었다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 시설종사자의 지위에 따른 시설평가의 인식을 파악하였고, 시설평가의 미흡한 부분을 보완하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공했다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to investigate the level and influential factors on the acceptance of social welfare facilities evaluation in the subjects with the workers of the social welfare facilities. The respondents of the survey were 218 workers in the social welfare facilities in Chungcheong region. This study applied mixed research methods. The results of this study are as follows. First, the level and influential factors on the acceptance of facilities evaluation showed the differences by groups in the workers in the social welfare facilities. Second, the validity of the system in the group of mangers and professionalism of the evaluators in the group of hands-on workers showed to affect the acceptance of facilities evaluation. Third, the study explored additional contextual information regarding acceptance of facilities evaluation by conducting in-depth interview. This study has the meaning to provide the required fundamental data to supplement the lacks of facility evaluation.
