The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between the recognition of personnel classification system and the organizational response (EVLN model) according to the occupation of the sports business organization of the Facilities Management Corporations. In order to achieve this goal, the employees(n=187) working at the Facilities Management Corporations public sports facility in Seoul were selected to conduct the survey through the cluster sampling method. Using SPSS 21.0 the study provides descriptive analysis, Frequency analysis, Chi-Square, and independent t-test. In addition, the contents were searched through homepage analysis. As shown the following results. First, there were differences in the recognition of the personnel classification system depending on the occupation of the sports business organization of the Facilities Management Corporations. The professional workers were perceived negatively to the personnel classification system of the headquarter than office and technical workers and they were recognized more work difficulties by differences in rank and rank, and also the relative discrimination against other professions. In addition, they felt that more job-level uniformity was needed, while job placement suitable for his or her major was highly recognized by professionals. Second, the difference in organizational response (EVLN) of workers in the sports business organization of the Facilities Management Corporation showed that professional workers were more likely to recognize the “Exit” and office and technical workers were more likely to recognize the ”Voice“.
