본 연구에서는 아동상담자의 발달수준이 내담아동과의 정서적 유대에 미치는 영향에서 진정성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 182명의 아동상담자이며, 자료 분석은 각 변인들 간에 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 Pearson 적률 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 아동상담자의 발달수준이 내담아동과의 정서적 유대에 미치는 영향에서 상담자의 진정성의 하위요인의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Hayes(2012)의 PROCESS macro를 통해 매개분석을 실시하였다. 또한 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트랩(Bootstrap)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 아동상담자의 발달수준, 진정성과 내담아동과의 정서적 유대는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 아동상담자 발달수준이 내담 아동과의 정서적 유대에 미치는 영향에서 상담자 진정성의 매개효과를 세부적으로 살펴보면, 진정성의 3가지 하위 요인 중 진심 어린 태도만이 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 아동상담자의 훈련 및 교육과정에서 치료적 기술뿐 아니라 관계 안에서 따뜻하고 관심 있는 태도도 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

This study we examined the mediating effects of the authenticity on the relationship between developmental level of the child counselor and the emotional bond with the child. The subjects were 182 child counselors and participates completed questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro. The results were as follows. First, the developmental level of children's counselors, emotional bonds with children, authenticity showed a positive correlation. Second, a sincere attitude, one of sub-factors of authenticity mediated the relationship between developmental level of the child counselor and the emotional bond with the child. This results suggest that it is important to emphasize not only counselor's professional experience but also warm and interested attitude in relation to children's counselor's training and education.
