본 연구는 병사용 긍정심리자본(K-PPC) 척도에 대한 타당화 및 측정불변성 검증을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 육군, 해군, 공군, 해병대 병사 565명의 자료에 대해 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 측정불변성 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본 척도의 신뢰도가 .949로 나타났다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석에서 원 척도의 4요인 구조가 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 각 부대별 2집단 측정불변성 검증에서 모든 집단별 비교에서 높은 수준의 측정불변성을 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 4집단에 대한 분석결과, 요인분산불변성까지 측정불변성이 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 병사용 긍정심리자본 척도를 각 부대별 비교에서도 적절하게 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to verify validity and measurement invariance of positive psychological capital scale (K-PPC) for soldiers. For this purpose, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and measurement invariance analysis were conducted on 565 members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps soldiers. The analysis results are as follows. First, the reliability of the positive psychological capital scale (K-PPC) for soldiers was .949. Second, the confirmatory factor analysis showed that 4 factor structure of the original scale was appropriate. Third, the measurement consistency of the two groups of each unit showed a high level of measurement invariance in all group comparisons. Fourth, the measurement invariance to factor variance invariance sustained among 4 groups Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps. This results confirmed that the K-PPC questionnaire for soldiers can be appropriately used in comparison with each military unit.
