본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리능력과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 총점과 하위요인의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 놀이치료자 206명이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 통해 상관분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 중다회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 주요연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리능력의 총점과 그 하위요인인 자기통찰, 자기통합, 공감능력, 불안관리, 개념화기술과 심리적 소진의 관계를 확인한 결과, 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리능력 총점과 불안관리가 심리적 소진에 부적 영향력이 유의하였다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리능력과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 조절효과를 확인한 결과, 놀이치료자의 역전이 관리능력과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계 총점과 성찰적 교육, 구조화의 하위요인이 유의한 조절효과를 나타내었다. 본 연구는 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 역전이 관리능력과 수퍼비전 관계의 중요성을 확인하였고, 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 대하여 수퍼비전 개입의 근거를 정립하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In this study, the relationship between countertransference management abilities and burnout amongst play therapist, and the mediating effect of total scores and sub-factors of the supervision relationship were verified. The subjects of the study comprised 206 play therapists. The data was collected and then analyzed by means of correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis; making use of the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. The main results of this study are as follows. First, we were able to identify the relationship between total scores of countertransference management abilities of play therapists and related sub-factors, as well as better understanding self-insight, self-integration, empathy ability, anxiety management, conceptualizing and burnout. The results reveal that the countertransference management abilities total score and the anxiety management abilities of play therapists had a negative influence on burnout. Second, in the relationship between countertransference management abilities and burnout amongst play therapists, we identified the mediating effect of the supervision relationship. The results further show that the total score of the supervision relationship, reflective education, and sub-factors of structure showed significant moderating effects. Thus, this study confirmed the importance of countertransference management abilities and the supervision relationship that affect burnout amongst play therapists. Furthermore, it is significant that burnout experienced by play therapists constituted grounds for supervision intervention.
