This paper attempts to identify the impact of organizational motivation on organizational performance in the APTDC Ltd., Visakhapatnam Division. The factors of organizational motivation consist of organizational culture, mission and incentives and whereas organizational performance consist of effectiveness, efficiency and relevance. Primary data has been collected from all the nine Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) Units in Visakhapatnam Division. About 362 employees were responded to the questionnaire and considered as sample size to this study. The data has been analysed by using SPSS 17. The result of correlation found a significant, positive and high correlation between organizational motivation and performance of organization. The regression analysis revealed that motivation explains a significant percentage of variability in organizational performance. Further the study explained the impact of organizational culture, mission and incentives on organizational performance.
