대기행렬모형에서 얻은 결과에 흔히 포함되는 보조재생함수는 그 계산의 어려움 때문에 현상에 적용하기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 보조재생함수에 대한 두 근사함수를 소개하고 고객의 서비스시간이 와이블분포를 따르는 경우에 근사함수의 정확도를 평가한다.

It is very difficult to compute the auxiliary renewal function which is frequently used in many formulas derived in queueing models. In this paper, it is introduced two approximations to auxiliary renewal function, and we evaluate the accuracy of the approximations to auxiliary renewal function in case that the service times of customers follow Weibull distribution.
