현대에 이르러 이상 시는 상상력의 중심이 되고 있다. 그 이유는 당대 과학과 예술의 장점을 흡수해 자신만의 텍스트로 창작했기 때문이다. 이상 시는 수많은 텍스트로 산종되어 확대될 수 있으며 여러 예술 매체의 오브제로 활용될 수 있다. 그러한 이상 시에서 거울 이미지는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이상 시에 표현된 거울은 대상을 다른 차원의 세계로 이끈다. 거울 속 세상은 대상이 존재하지만 현실 세계와 차단되어 있어서 신비롭다. 대상과 격리되어 있지만 형태를 볼 수 있는 거울이라는 구도는 다른 시 공간의 존재에 대해 상상의 형상을 부여하며 여러 예술 작품의 모티브가 된다. 이 논문은 이상 시의 거울 이미지가 분열된 자아의 형상으로서 자아의 이면적 인격을 표현함과 함께 시 속에 다른 시공간의 형상으로 작용했음에 포착해 거울 이미지를 헤테로토피아 이론으로 적용함과 동시에 시에 표현된 양상을 연구하는 데 목적을 두었다. 한편, 1930년대 한국 모더니즘 시인들은 내면 의식 속의 이중적 공간을 자아 인식을 표현하기 위한 매개체로 활용했다. 특히 이상 시에서 현실과 동떨어진 이질적인 헤테로토피아의 형태를 발견할 수 있으며 실존적 갈등은 시에 내재된 헤테로토피아로 형상화되었다. 이 연구는 이상 시 속에 내재된 혼종성과 다양성을 밝히고 시대적 흐름에 따라 특수한 상황으로 생성된 심리적 공간의 특질과 자아 인식을 헤테로토피아 이론의 시각으로 읽어내고자 했다.

In modern times, Yi Sang's poetry has become the center of imagination. The reason is that Yi Sang's poetry creates it as his own text by absorbing the merits of science and art of the time. Yi Sang's poetry can be interpreted and expanded in various texts and can be used as an object of various art mediums. In Yi Sang's poetry, the image of the mirror plays an important role. The mirror expressed in Yi Sang's poetry leads the object to the world of another dimension. The world is mysterious because the object exists in it but it is blocked from this world. The composition, where the object is isolated but its shape can be seen, became the motif of various works of art by giving the shape of imagination to the existence of other poetic space. This paper applied the mirror image with the theory of heterotopia and studied its aspect expressed in poetry by grasping the fact that Yi Sang's poetry acted as the shape of different time and space in poetry while simultaneously expressing the inner personality of the self as the shape of the divided self. In the 1930s, modernism poets tried to heal existential conflict in the wave of Modernization in Korea selected a double space within inner consciousness as a medium for the expression of self awareness. This study was tried to clarify hybridity and diversity inherent in it, and furthermore, was made to read the internal characteristics created in a special situation according to the historical nature and self recognition from the perspective of heterotopia. In the 1930s, the reality of Korea is the growing image owing to modernization, the aspects of chaos and exclusion behind it, and the inner lack, etc. The aspect of such a conflict is presented as the mixed spatial description.
