1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study intends to identify the factors to improve the system of title insurance and present them to make title insurance promoted in the domestic market through the analysis of its importance.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD This study employed the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method to identify the importance weight of title insurance promoting factors. This study conducted the questionnaire research for specialists concerning the active factors of the title insurance proposed in previous studies. This questionnaire consisted of the demanders and suppliers of the title insurance. And it attempted to divide the result into the demanders and suppliers of the title insurance because I want to elicit the importance and priority of each group and conduct comparison and analysis results of both groups.
(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, the specialists of title insurance said that the system of the title insurance needs the fundamental improvement of its. In turn, they are important the improvement of title insurance products. the method of its improvement is that the demanders are important the reinforcement of economic feasibility of them, while its suppliers are important the development of new products such as the integrated product made by linking title insurance with other insurance products.
2. RESULTS This study proposed two alternatives. It is the improvement of the system of the title insurance and the advancement of the form of its products. It will be reinforced the public confidence of the registration and stabilized the transaction of the real estate market. And it will be performed an important role as a safety device for mortgage distribution and investment of foreigners unfamiliar with the domestic situation.
