1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This paper aimedto examine the features and conditions of current housing for the elderly and find out ways to improve the housing condition in preparation for the aging society. The paper analyzesthe problems that paid silver housings have and provides possible solutions. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper went over the necessity, the implication, and the types of silver housings through current theories. Then this paper discussed the situation with paid silver housing and problems in order to improve the conditions of silver housing. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The findings were based on previous research papers, academic journals, reference books from conferences, statistics, and real-estate related regulations. The collected and analyzed data were used to reach the findings. 2. RESULTS A few suggestions can be made for managing paid silver housings. First, silver housing needs governmental support for administration. Second, the administration and management need to be trained professionally. Third, the authority needs to earn people’s trust and enough finance. Lastly, the silver housing needs updated programs and medical service for the elderly.
