1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Since there is not concrete policy on the sale agency business, there occur various problems regarding the business. In order to resolve the problems, the study focused on establishing reform measures that bring profits to the subject to the sale, the performer, and the sale agency at the same time. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The theoretical aspect of the real estate sale was analyzed as the research looked into the relevant references and papers. For the empirical aspect, the research conducted interviews with experts who participate in the sale agency business. This way, the actual condition of the sale field was figured out while the existent circumstances and the problems of the sale agency business were recognized as well. The research ultimately focuses on clearly categorizing the responsibilities and the limits of the sale agency business in a juridical manner. Add to this, the research is also believed to come up with measures which result in profits for the subject to the sale, the performer, and the sale agency simultaneously. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS For the sale agency business to have the future-oriented structure, legal supplementations on the sale agency business need to be performed. And, the educational courses to strengthen the professionalism of participants in the agency business should be prepared so that the business is assigned to the qualified experts exclusively. 2. RESULTS Epoch-making measures for the sale agency business which are expected to bring profits to the subject to the sale, the performer, and the sale agency business are definitely demanded. By establishing a certain barrier to enter, only the authorized is given with the right to perform the project. This is believed to be one of the efficient measures that secures the stability and the credibility for the sale agency business.
