1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to present the policy improvement scheme of apartment housing management such as the scheme fore eradication of corruption and irregularities as the scheme for advancement of apartment housing management with these problems in mind. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Legalㆍinstitutional approach methods, information economics approach methods and social research analysis method were employed as the research method. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The findings could be summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to revitalize the communityunify of the residents. Second, it is necessary to formulate the scheme for reinforcing the accountability of the homeowner representative meeting. Third, the scheme for preventing the head of the administration office from committing corruption and irregularities must be established. Fourth, the support body of apartment housing management need to be installed. Fifth, it is necessary to improve the process of electing the head of the administration office to enlarge their real salary. Last it is necessary to join the salary of the head of the the administration office with accounting audit. 2. RESULTS This study has its significance in that it presented the policy improvement scheme for apartment housing management by mirroring even the measure for eradication of corruption and irregularities related to apartment housing announced by Seoul Government, several press reports, the prosecution and the police over the period between March and July, 2013.
